Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + Uncapped bonus (1st year realistic OTE £50,000)

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent / Temp / Part -Time

Working hours: 0830hrs – 1630hrs or 0900hrs – 1700hrs (Flexible)

Responsibility

  • Represent Sims Recruitment Solutions in a professional manner
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all our products and services, being able to present them in a clear, compelling and concise manner
  • Asking questions and really listen to the answers, genuinely taking an interest in clients’ needs and challenges to up-sell our products and services
  • Generate, negotiate, close and secure new business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Manage, maintain and develop a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build firm relationships with prospective clients.
  • Have a sense of pride in delivering a great service, through a strong work ethic and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • previous experience as a Sales Executive, Field Sales, Advertising Sales, Recruitment or Telesales Representative
  • experienced and ambitious individual to join our growing team.
  • self-driven and able to work unsupervised.
  • someone who already knows what is required on a daily basis to be successful in a sales environment.
  • confident with proactive personality.
  • driven and motivated to exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly performance targets.
  • someone who possess excellent communication skills.
  • mature with good time management skills.
  • consultative approach.
  • Good negotiation skills with confidence to deal with decision-makers and not shy to ask for business.
  • with a desire and hunger to close deals.

  • The first 4 weeks will be your probation to gauge if you’re the right fit for this position.
  • What we will be looking at is your activity and time management
  • If you’re unsuccessful you’ll be paid 10% commission on the deals, you’ll have closed.
